For the high season and holidays, we request a 50% deposit in advance and the balance at check-in. The deposit is payable to Banco do Brazil agency XXXX, account number XXXXXX, in name of Pousadaaloha. We consider the reservation guaranteed only upon receipt of the bank deposit slip printed with the guest’s name.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations will be accepted if 15 days prior notice is given. Cancellations with less than 15 days notice will be charged 10% of the total reservation. No cancellation is possible with packages.
